The CLS Portal is optimized for the following browsers:

  • Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari

The following add-ons/settings are also required to enjoy a full e-learning experience:

  • Cookies enabled
  • Pop-up blockers disabled (if the course opens a new window)
  • Speakers

Recommended:

  • Monitor resolution of at least 1366x768
  • Stable broadband internet connection

The following customizations and environments could hinder the CLS Portal performance and are not currently supported by The Center for Leadership Studies:

  • Accessing the portal through a virtual gateway (VPN, Citrix, etc.)
  • Unsupported legacy browsers
  • Strict company firewalls

Why am I not able to log in to the portal?

  • The username and password are case sensitive. For best results, copy and paste your credentials into the required fields

Why have I not received the onlinesupport@situational.com email that contains the necessary verification code?

  • The onlinesupport@situational.com email could be caught in your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact onlinesupport@situational.com for assistance

Why is the verification code not working?

  • The verification codes are case sensitive. Copy and paste your code for best results. If you still receive an error, contact onlinesupport@situational.com for assistance

Why is my course not launching?
