The following customizations and environments could hinder the CLS Portal performance and are not currently supported by The Center for Leadership Studies:
- Accessing the portal through a virtual gateway (VPN, Citrix, etc.)
- Internet Explorer 7 and older
- Mobile devices such as tablets and/or smart phones
- Strict company firewalls
Why am I not able to log in to the portal?
- The username and password are case sensitive. For the best results, please copy and paste your username and password into the required fields
Why have I not received the onlinesupport@situational.com email that contains the necessary verification code?
- The onlinesupport@situational.com email could be getting caught in your email spam filters. Please check your spam folder for the onlinesupport@situational.com email. If the email is not in spam, please contact onlinesupport@situational.com for further assistance
Why is the verification code not working?

Why is my course not launching?
